Just like a regular exercise practice keeps our bodies healthy and a regular reflection practice keeps our minds in shape too.

And when it comes to building (and maintaining) our capacity to ask the right questions… it’s not so different.

I advocate daily action in my work — and keep a daily practice in my own life.
